Crashes game when entering a level that contains this model ...

Crash on startup

This either doesn't play well with other mods or it just breaks the game. I only get crashes when trying to load a level with this

did you know the face texture is of a real corpse? kinda tasteless if you ask me

This mod caused me to crash upon loading a new level (first map that includes it is d1_canals_01a).
