Jax_Staff, I have 2 options: either you are lying, or you have another addon installed that replaces Alyx model, remove this addon or turn it off, then this addon will work.

I think it will look bad. Firstly, the bodies of Alyx and the assassin are clearly different, the head does not fit the torso. Secondly, there is already such an
