Thats weird. I didn't have that problem but maybe those advices will help you
1) After turning on propcore wait few seconds because E2 extensions needs some time to load itself
2) Try restart Gmod (one time it works for me for other dupe)
3) If you didn't do it spawn it on your own server, or in singleplayer game.

If it's still don't work can you send me a lua error (you can find it in console) or screenshots.

I've done I wrote 5th time how to fix it because you are probably only one person who have problem with that and this is not my fault that it's don't work for you because if it was broken people would not subscribe it.

If it looks like in that screenshot in Turkish version - Open Spawn Menu ---> Click Yarali Seyler (find it in right side of menu) ------> find E2 Extensions and click -----> then find Propcore and click on check box.

Can you descrpibe (or send screenshots) what happen when you try to spawn it because I try to help you but It's hard to help when I don't know why it's don't work

Maybe this can help
1) Install Wiremod (if you don't have it here is link https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=160250458)
2) Turn on E2 extension - Propcore. I wrote how to turn on it in description and in video in screenshots
3) Try spawn it in your own server or in singleplayer because in some public servers some Wiremod components can be blocked and lack of one component can make that this will don't work

My bad. I mean I don't add bomb to this missile but I will build drone with FAB 5000 because this missile is smaller than this bomb. But this Drone will work similary to this missile
