well you do have to count the revolts that were in Missouri and in oklahoma and west virginia was sided with the union but controlled by the confedaracy so youu could add the revolts and stuff

missouri just didnt feel like joining the confederacy today

But like i want to have the map aleready done and i just only want to make countires and borders like i mean you created this american map and u used the already maked american map added to game and i want to know how you add nations to it and then to publish it

@mikeyy You go to scenarios and make one, after u finish with borders and all of that make sure to save the scenario. after that u go to the menu click on scenarios again, click on the scenario u made and click on steam workshop and later you'll understand what's next
