One small detail I'd like to discuss is the underhelment, as I feel like it was left as a different color on purpose, as a sort of stylization of the shade it makes

This is great! Could you fix the lines to align on the sides of pyro's boots, like they did in Tf2 Classic? If you could include that this would be perfect

I'm currently learning how to model and texture professionally, and it's kinda hilarious to me that TF2 is jam-packed with the sorts of mistakes my teachers would absolutely lampoon me for.

Maybe make a fix for the casual/competitive badges some of them have weird lighting if a player is using mat_phong 0
