This Mod is great and the reason i bought rivals. The only issue I have is with the runes. I mean, the descriptions are there, but they have no effect on the gameplay. I really was excited when I found out that a Charm System exists in this game, but there being none for Hornet feels kinda off

i would love the little laugh she does in her battles in hollow knight to be implemented somehow it makes the most sense as a taunt i just want to piss off my friends

I honestly hope the moveset stays the same after the update. I think it's really well designed and doesn't need changes (except for down air, it's hard to hit and doesn't even combo well if you do)

It also happens with clairens weird electricity field

I hit freddy fazbear and for some reason instead of getting pulled, i just froze and my needle dissapeared, i was only frozen for the amount of time it wouldve taken regularly

I love a lot of the current incarnation and I love a lot of the imagination putting hornet skong moveset directly into rivals so I'm not certain what parts of what I hope win out. possibly even two hornets or some kinds of hornets switch after hornets selected like miis brawler and gunner

This is my favorite mod and I'm really hoping its Silksong update releases soon, but the only thing that bothers me is that you can't change the direction of the D-Air attack, PLEASE fix that lil detail with the update, that would make this character PERFECT without any doubt. Thank you!

Very peak. Animation and sprites are clean, combos are easy and nice, overall 10/10 if your thinking about subing i would strongly recommend its a strong character who you can easily pick up as a new player

Shaw! Great adaptation of hornet into a fighting game. I really enjoy this character and her special gimmick works so well with the character. I'll definitely be staying tuned for the full voiced version whenever Silksong releases!

can you add voice lines to her attacks rather then just the taunts

Other gripe, actually, why does her side taunt mimic dash attack? I get that it's meant to be like the game, but dash attack has so little range and is a combo move rather than a burst option (still not the most fond of it). You'd be better off in all scenarios just using regular dash attack. I feel like it should be side special instead, especially since it's a very similar move and can cause silk wrap like her up special (the other taunt move).

This character has taunts that act like her special moves but slower, which I think is an amazing mixup. She also strikes a strong balance of great on stage and bad off stage, which I think is fine. If I would change something, though, I would make it so that her up tilt or at least her dash attack don't send you so far up on hit. I would probably also make it so it's easier to silk wrap someone (maybe around 3 moves instead of 2).
All in all, I really like Hornet. I see her as a sword fighting version of Maypul, even down to her side special and ability to wrap others. Very sick lightweight character (they are lightweight, right?).

this character is an absolute joy to play, but I find they're too strong for everyone involved to have fun in friendlies.
I'd like it if you added some endlag to her down special. it's extremely difficult to punish on whiff at present. due to the incredible reward the move gives on a target with the silk status I don't think that it would be an unfair change.

I remember saying something like "Hornet is playing tennis with the opponent as the ball" when playing this character for a few matches.

Her forward air is incredibly strong and allows me to carry opponents the across stage with staggering efficacy.

Hey uhh I found a pretty big bug in this mod that flagged the "sfx_dialogue4.ogg" as a trojan script and my windows defender marked it as a severe threat and scared the hell out of me, did anyone else experience this?

I switched back to an earlier build to do boss stages and the up special broke. It only works on walls, enemies it just stuns for a second now, and when the needle comes back to Hornet it isntead goes right through her and back again.

Goodseeker skin makes the silk not work. No idea if it applies to other skins, but the effect basically ends instantly (you can see the silk for a frame or two and then it ends instantly).
