You can use Steam Workshop Downloader and place the file in your dupes folder. That's what I did and it works just fine.

Theres no point in re-uploading it, it isnt going to change anything. I'm not sure if you can even get the dupe, but look it up online if you can. If you cant it would still be nice to rate it!

No, Accending is Page Up and Decending is Page Down. Olny those keys will work as thats the way its made.

Sorry, Unless you ment what is that key, Page Up and Page Down are keys on your keyboard, they say Page Up and Page Down.
