Its true, the building (this great building) is working without any streets. But id like to ask for an update, bcz id like to use it more often with an streetport, thx. If not, its ok - but would be better for realism.

It doesn't need road connection for any reason. This building can be built using paths only, has no storage and can be accessed by everyone via paths. Firetrucks also doesn't need road access and can use paths.
