Hit the escape key, and press on the Spawn button on the bottom of the pause menu, then your spawnable mods should be in the left side of the window that just popped up

When in a sandbox level, you press Esc, then find the spawn button on the bottom of the screen
Once you do that the mod should be in the list on the left of the spawn window
