Just says "Requires 2000 Loan" which is unfulfillable. Can't use without "unlock all".

Nice, but these assets generate massive noise pollution. Citizens get sick. I might use the asset editor to fix this... if I get inspired.

果然有人在要求英文版了吧。適用於世界的，文字越少越好。可找世界通用的交通「圖示」，用「圖」來代替「文字」，這樣文字最少化。這建議不是對單一物件而已，除少數例外，適用於普遍的大原則

This would be exceptional if it actually worked eg. in combination with a Parking Block service – but I could not find such a block service. An underground parking thing is really needed – the otherwise pretty cool Japanese ones are making too much trouble.
