Having gamble as output randomness rather than input would make it far more balanced - knowing what it *would* be if you used it makes it far less random.

This character is amazing, love them, super fun to play. Kinda busted tho. having an invincible tp with a hitbox and dew start-up frames is absurd. Also, black hole totally needs reduced range and lifespan.
