This is quite a fun mod, but it desperately needs optimized. When somebody spawns one of these in an arsenal, everybody's game locks up for a few seconds.

Does anyone one have the spawn code for it?

I love this. I use it all the time and I have it loaded in all my setups as my go to weapon of choice.

The ammo is not ACE-compatible, and your vanilla bullet mass is too high.

@Christ that seems like an issue with your ACE settings rather than the gun. just turn off cookoff as well cause it's annoying as fuc lmao

the weapon overheats wayyyyyyyyyy too fast. i put 45 rounds thru it, and it instantly starting cooking off rounds, please fix thank you.

Awesome gun man I am currently looking for weapons that could be fictional. Guns for the United States were fictional, alternate history that I am doing for arm at three do you mind if I use this as one of the weapons I was thinking of naming it as the M 1982 a fictional assault rifle that came in that would temporarily replace the A.R. 16 assault rifle that was used by the United States at the time of, the early years of the second American Soviet war.

Thats a niiicee bad Azzz gun. Great work Is it using the sound of the SPAR17 or what is the firing sound? Only this sounds a little weak for the 30-06. if you can/do use vanilla sounds, maybe the one from the EMR?

Thanks for the kind words and bug posts so far everyone. I also made this purely because I wanted this weapon in Arma so hopefully that means I'll be able to keep it updated.

@Ace - Yeah the animation is VERY basic. I have absoultely zero animation skills so it may stay that way unfortunately. Ill have to check on the tracer ammo and ACE issues. Ill see what I can do :D

So, it's a little jank, but I'm just glad to have this in ArmA.

Tracer mags do not appear to fire tracers. Either that or I am dumb and picked the wrong mags. I am using ACE just for reference. Jams a little too often in ACE, but you can turn off jamming. I would much prefer it just be tweaked for use in ACE, but I recognize this is a lot of extra time.

The animation is just the AR animation reload which doesn't make sense for the platform but that'll require even more extra work and most people will ignore it.

Cascadian approved regardless because it's an HCAR in ArmA.
