He's very good if you can play him right, but more importantly he accidentally got the ability to make red shurikens! If you throw a razor into another razor, it makes a big shuriken!

competitively, Omen is now banned in tournamenrts, considered to be too good, but, casually, Omen is too weak and cannot keep up.

Tier Ryu is completely false, they have an 8 iasa substitution activating frame 5 and airborne f1, a 7 iasa version that also guardbreaks at frame 6 (so its unpunishable on parry), a teleport that warps frame 5, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up block OSCs, and so many other evil things

easily one of the best yomi character mods there is. Omen is both very balanced and very fun and interesting to combo with if you know what he's doing. ignore what other people say here; his damage is fine, you just need to be creative.

omen needs a damage buff

Could he get a damage buff (not a big one though. I have used him in quite a bit of fights and his low damage kind of makes it hella hard to kill certain characters like Miko, Alfa, Goren, Shin Goren, etc.)

But yeah, I get good results with Omen, hell, I play him more than Bog, like I said in the description, Omen requires actual Yomi to win, he still has decent damage, and tons of mixup.

i don't fully understand why people say he's bad, even if he was. i think omens neat, plus low damage or stuff like that to me is fine, to strong of a character and you cant just play them with friends without everyone needing to either be at peak game or trying as hard as then can. but with weaker ones you just get to vibe and have fun with friends. a great example is batter, pretty bad but super fun to use against friends, including when they have a stronger char and you get to come out on top.

but this is coming from a person new to the hustle, so take what i say with a gran of salt. but personally i enjoy omen.

when i select him at the character select screen he appears as "null" and breaks the game when i try to use him, what's wrong?

lvl 1 orb's sprite looks kinda squished for some reason. other than that, great update to a great character. free canceling razor is a blessing :)

actually needs a solid amount of yomi in order to hustle

very cool character. the multi-hits need to not be cancelable on every hit though, it's not even super OP but it slows the game down a lot. also, acidic razor takes so long to start up (when the charging hits connect) that the preview won't show which direction it's thrown in. very lame way to drop a combo. otherwise good stuff

Woah, this looks like that one vile guy from knockout, might be his twin brother or smthn, he mad cool tho.

We learned Omen has a spammable attack that ignores attack knock back and is fair spammable. So, we told him "Face the Wall."
