Darkly77's Content Loader and Brotils[Utility] mods are out of date in case anyone wants to try using them. A roll back might work but as of now this mod is unusable with any mods that require them.

this makes it so you cant see character description (and probably item descriptions too but i didnt check) but i have to use it since there are so many mods dependent on it.

Game is crashing after last update when i use this patch.

Posting here and Brotils so hopefully something actually gets done.

ALL of the mods updated for the DLC requiring your mods WILL NOT WORK. Please update this and Brotils at the very least.

Did some testing:

Apparently it's Brotils that crashes the game, NOT ContentLoader. However, Brotils is required for ContentLoader to function.

That said, you can click on Properties for Brotato in your Steam Library and select the v1.0.0.3 version. It allows mods still running pre-2024 to function.

Some mods seem to crash the game instantly if they were created around December 2023 or later--something seems to cause ModLoader to freak out.

Elemento is broken indefinitely, it seems, regardless of the roll-back. It was killed with Brotato v1.0, I think--I've only only played using Elemento for about a month or two.

As far as I can tell, most, if not all, large-scale content mods are still usable on the legacy branch. So if you want to keep using Invasion, Flotato, Patamods, etc, you will have to use the pre-update branch until Brotils, and subsequently ContentLoader, are fixed.

ContentLoader, Brotils, and I assume the other APIs made by Darkly havn't been updated to the current version of the game, v1.0.1.3 and uses ModLoader code that has been since deprecated for use in Godot's gdcode. Any mod that makes use of these APIs will crash your game.

*Some* comments on mods might make it appear like the mods work fine as of the 2024 year. However the v1.0.1.3 Brotato update broke a lot of mods and it looks like, as of January 2024, nearly every mod is now broken due to the broken gdscript used by ContentLoader.

Not gonna get mad at the devs or the modders for this inconvenience, just gonna hope the issue is resolved. Until then, there are still a handful of mods--some of them content mods--that don't make use of the API and continue to function.

There is a problem with this front mod in the latest version of the game.

Since the last update this has not worked. All mods that require this can't be used till it gets fixed.

I checked all my mods , and finally realized that this pre-mod had an unknown problem that prevented the game from launching
