Cheers Decado, sadly cataph's update has made this CTD on launch. Crashlog is as follows:

The following mods cause a crash to the Database: lak_teb3.pack
The first invalid database record is teb_billmen_contact in table
unit_set_special_ability_phase_junctions_tables
and pack file lak_teb3.pack

Is this balanced enough? since there's a lot of update for Southern Realms mod since 2nd of June.

Yes, this is intentional (and was the case in The End Times). We're looking at changing it, though, which is proving to be less straightforward.

all the starting levels for the legendary lords are level 1 still, while others in the mod start at 12

I haven't noticed an issue. I have just pushed another update, so it is possible it is fixed there or there might be a compatibility issue elsewhere.

There's an update to the Southern Realms mod and I now get crashes in the early turns. Wondering if it might be cause your submod isn't updated. Not sure if that's the case, but curious if you might be experiencing something similar. Cheers!
