It turns out the cross-hair portion of the crossbow is actually a part of the model and can not be changed with a skin. It might be a bit longer until I can get time to edit the actual model.

Thank you! I am still looking into the crossbow too. I am still trying to find out what part is actually the crosshair of skin, or where it actually is stored.
