Hey, I couldn't help but notice that "Sotek Green" is shown in-game as more of a maroon-ish colour?

I haven't tried them yet but I noticed there's a "Dorn Yellow" and a "Dorn Yellow (edge)" What's the difference between them?

Only Mods use were this and Wildlife Exctinction. I had used your mod "Gladius Recolored" before, with the same result.

@Der Laird I was not able to replicate the problem with a 3-player hotseat game. Are you using another mod that edits faction colors as well as other stuff? Possible that mod could be looking for a specific color that isn't present in my list.

Hey, i have a question. Wanted to play hotseat with a friend of mine. But when this Mod is active, the game stuck and says "turn of the enemy". Any one know this problem? When i turn of the mod, everything is fine.

@Slimagio I wrote scripts to do the color conversions into Gladius color values. Since I was already working with the colors values, that was the quickest and easiest method for me to sort them. This mod was originally intended as a resource for other modders, I naively didn't expect people to actually want this many faction colors at once.

You raise a good point though. I'll add it to my list after the current project I'm working on. Alphabetizing would be easy enough, but really only helpful if the person knows the name of the color. I could probably find a way to sorted into color groups and then alphabetize within the groups.

Would it be possible to re-organize the colours? Either alphabetically or by the actual colours themselves, as it is right now it's a bit of a mess. The "lightest to darkest" sorting is inconsistent and not very useful ATM.

Now that said, I do appreciate all the options you've given us.

@Killtec It should work as expected if all players have the mod installed. I have not tested it in multiplayer where it wasn't installed for all players. Generally speaking all players should have the same mods installed or it can lead to crashes or other problems.

What happens in multiplayer, do I get a random color in the eyes of the other players or what?

This mod will override any faction colors that the Imperium mods add or change, but everything else will work.

Alright, it seems like there was another mod that modified the file, may I ask if the mod is compatible with the Imperium of Men mods?

I verified it is working for me, for both of those factions. I added a couple screen shots above showing where color selection is made. If you still don't see the additional colors, check your mod load order, make sure you don't have another mod that modifies the World\Blueprints\FactionManager.xml file.

i thought the same thing, no animations are changed, we tried to reproduce it somehow because i thought it can't be the mod, the colours stay in the savegame when the mod is deactivated but the bug disappears when the mod is deactivated. i'll send a log via steamchat. i never installed other mods before, it was the first mod ever. my teammate doesn't have a high performance pc, so we don't want to install anything else.

@q4TEKS I'll be happy to take a look at the error log if you can link it here (it's location is show in your error message). it's very unlikely this mod led to that error though. This mod doesn't affect anything related to the models or animations.

@Swartzie You can the color on the faction selection screen before you actually start the game.

If you load this above Loren's then you should have these faction colors with the rest of Loren's mod. You won't have his faction colors though.

@TheKiroshi Gotta get everyone used to having all the colors first, then I can throw in a few new colors, bundle them by color group and sell them for $12 per color group!
