Well I've asked already, and he said that he still has them, just that he still need some stuff that needs to be worked on.

Oh, that'd be awesome! I've looked all over the place, even the internet archive, and I could never find it anywhere. Only thing I've found is the old garrysmod.org BTB pack someone uploaded on here, which didn't have as many weapons as Robotnik's pack, nor the quality of the TFA base.

Yeah most of them lacks them because c_hands wasn't the norm back then, and most of them were just edits or ports from CSS skins.
