@Semirotta yes it does. for comparison. in the regular version you have to research muskets first. in this version you have to research bows first

Clone Trooper 873 yeah I've seen his mod already if I just wanted to copy his work I could do that easily but I don't want to do that so if I do make that mod I will have to make it custom

if your doing old fasioned i suggest to look at what flameraiden did with his mod people been bothering him to update his mod but he has no more interest to work on it

unfortunately, I would have to probably make an old-fashioned mod and I do not currently have a plan to make that so sadly I will not be making that, sorry, as far as what you need to make it yourself you have to understand the code of the game and be able to open it in a text editor that's about it

Would a separate mod with just an old fashioned gatling gun be possible? My grandson is not allowed to play with modern weapons. Or, what would I need to do to make such a simpler mod?

The game developer programmed it so it only works for the NPCs not players, unfortunately, might try to make a workaround eventually
