Ya'll, just install the gamemode from the github repo and it'll work.

If you are having trouble, download the source code, and extract it to *Gmod Installation Folder*\garrysmod\addons (To find the installation folder, go to Gmod in your Steam library, select the gear icon, and go to "Manage," then "Browse local files.") The addon will not appear in "Addons," but will appear in the gamemode select and map browser.

also for anyone who needs to know gmdm_view_lessmotion 1 disables the view tilting

when firing any weapon it spits out these errors "attempt to call method 'SetModelWorldScale' (a nil value)" and "attempt to call method 'CanShootWeapon' (a nil value)" am i missing a dependency?

we had that happen only a single time in testing before the addon released and havent been able to reproduce it ever again. its possible that your may friend need to download the addon for it to work properly, im really unsure about this bug.

I think that it was from GMDM Redux, which is still a Garry's Mod 10 gamemode.

the original gmdm gamemode did not come with any more maps according to my build archive (yes, i checked every build thats on there). you are possibly confusing the gamemode with another deathmatch project garry made which was a source mod instead of a garrys mod gamemode. the source mod deathmatch had more than 1 map.

That said, the original gmdm came with some extra maps, they don't seem to be included here?

I might test this mode on my Deathmatch Quake map. :B1: (I packed the vmf source code in the map bsp too for modders too edit and play around with)
