@Avan, I most likely won't be looking into that as I have many other projects on my mind and this mod was originally made for personal use by me and my friends for when we do multiplayer, sorry.

Also would it be possible to make this mod modular? I'm unsure on if I'll like the Confederation changes but everything else included is 100% something I'd like.

Pretty cool mod. I was already using Agreements Boost Diplomatic Weight and have changed the Diplo bonus to 5%, are the mod settings found in the Mod Menu still accessible with your version of the mod?
