@Wolfy Halfmoon I'm having the same problem, always whenever traveling or viewing intel on the starmap freezes the game.

i had been working on a new mod that would function with KU but haven't touched modding in well over year.

So I take it this doesn't work with The Known Universe and all the sub-factions it adds (mainly all the different clans)

a new version of this mod is in the works, adding better functionality along with a whole host of other features

FINALLY! I flatly refuse to piss off the Magistracy of Canopus. I literally have their crest tattooed on my left arm IRL. (Yes, I am a complete geek.) I've ended up having to refuse missions I would *gladly* take against the Taurians simply because of this crap! The Independent Periphery States hasn't been a unified thing since, ironically, the Unification Wars. Let them stand alone!

Yes, it always annoyed me that they all seemed to be some homogeneous blob. Now I can befriend the Taurans.

i believe i have found the issue and have fixed it

maybe something else then. [lore map was only open stated conflict]

odd, i also run the lore map mod and i have been having no issues

this causes my game to hard freeze on travel to any conflict zone. i do run many mods and i believe it conflicts with the lore map mod.

have you tried starting a new career before enabling the mod, then enabling it afterwords?
