There is another option, you can do it in a different way. Return skill points using "one-button respec" (without mod). Save and then upload along with the mod.

I can advise you to get your points back with the help of "warhammer 3 trainer"

My N'Kari is lvl 12 when the mod is installed. I've put most of my skill points into the magic line. After the installation of the mod, it resets all of my magic line meaning I've lost 7 skill points and 0 progress with my magic. One button respec mod doesn't even give back those lost points.
So I guess atm don't use the mod on an active N'kari campaign.
