sure no prob, the easiest way to add a radio filter is using telephone equalizer in audacity, I can't speak to what would be better quality.

I would like to use some of these voices for my community project. It sounds like these voices do not have a radio filter applied to them. I'd need to figure out how to do that first; but would I have your blessing to use these files?

ya im just super lazy :P if you have doubts you can look at some of my other stuff that has videos to prove i can make a working mod.. but I will probably make one for this EVENTUALLY

I don't mean to sound offended, but of course some people ask. Not everyone has the original game of the voices, not everyone is ready to add another mod to their 200 mod heavy game just to test it and nobody knows, what lines you chose to use.
But you are probably aware of that yourself and my rant is without use. I just couldn't hold myself back.
