@mayday only level 5. Ofc all of that can be changed with mods

Noob question: I noticed some of these show that they are Level 5, etc. Is that just the level of the version pictured (and it has levels 1 - 5) or is the building ONLY level 5?

@spanksposa one of life's unsolved mysteries. I'm sure you are correct in your observations, i'm also 100% sure it doesn't have anything to do with the asset though, but that's Cities Skylines for ya

For some reason, that building causes all the other buildings to flicker and disappear when the camera is positioned at certain angles. When I removed the building, the flickering stopped, but when I placed it back, the issue returned.
