@Nep: it should be compatible with Calamity (didn't get any reports by now). There are some global changes but you can deactivate them in the config ("Server Config").
Please inform me if you encounter any incompatibilities :-)

Is this mod compatible with some of the big mods like calamity? Would be alot of work but if its the case this might be the best mod.

@Pancakes: glad you like the mod!
I just tested it on 2 computers: the scrolls and the Pocket Fireball are correctly being consumed on use....maybe you're using another mod that makes consumables infinite (I think Quality of Terraria can do that, for instance)?
And for the "and use no mana": that's correct, this one is intended.
But thanks a lot for reporting, it's always good to report what seems odd :-)

great mod, seriously enhances prehard mode mage progression. thought i encountered a bug. all the consumable items i.e. the scrolls and pocket fireballs... arent actually consumable, they are infinite use, and use no mana.

I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon...Riptide is very occupied with RL and developing his own game.

@Mehbah: as you can read in the changelog, I actually still have to revise all the weapons and projectiles 🙈. But, as always, thanks for reporting, I'll leave some TODOs and work them out one by one. Please find and report more issues 😊

The reaper, the sorcerer's tome and the wizard's tome also home in on critters. You'll probably want to look over all homing weapons to be sure.

The celestial sky and supernova's projectiles will home in on critters, even if you have the guide to critter companionship. The stardust slicer's projeciles don't. This makes the two upgraded versions quite a bit more inconvenient to use in areas with many critters.

Please be patient and remember that this is a mod made by people during their freetime. I made a stupid last minute mistake during the update and Riptide will upload the fix as soon as he finds time.

I see the mod again in the browser and installed it again. But my existing items are still unusable. Is that intended ? (Strange icon, correct description, non-functional)

Is there a github repository or something I can watch? I dont know if other issues like this are gonna happen but itd be easier to pull changes as they happen just in case

Found the issue with the unfunctional weapons. Waiting for Riptide to upload the update.

The amethyst trident, for example, is broken for me as well. The new prefixes were broken by the recent update, too. A flamelash that previously had a divine prefix now says "Prefix from unloaded mod: WizardMod/Divine". I don't know if it changed with the update or if it's the cause of the errors, but as the previous error shows, the mod is now called "WizardMod" in some places. Trying to search magic storage for "sorcery" gives nothing, but "wizard" shows items from Sorcery Overhaul. In other places it's still referred to as Sorcery Overhaul.

@Barzen after switching to this version, all of the scrolls are broken along with the new gem staffs. i progressed further and could test other weapons like the moulderer which do still work, so some weapons are functional. many of the early game tomes are also broken too (like the zap)

The Gemspark and the other gem staff upgrades do nothing on use, if an example is needed for what does not work.

No worries about the items, tmod kept the internal names so i could replace most of them.. my bigger issue is none of the weapons at all work

@Sh1ft3R: For some days there was a second upload of this mod, because I messed up with the mods internal name. That version was prone for deletion until (as written in it's comments) until this main version, here, got updated. Maybe that explains why you lost all your items, I'm sorry to hear that.

Mod randomly uninstalled itself from my game, reinstalling on steam gave one with a different mod id (breaking all the items) and a bunch of other broken things... what????

Not sure if you are aware, The Wizard's Tome is not creating healing projectiles like the precursor tomes do.

Also, I love the support aspect of the mod but it can be tricky to find times to heal teammates since the healing spells have to collide with something, I hope you will expand the healing stuff!

Weeeeell, to be honest, that thanks goes directly to the tModLoader dev team (in tModLoader 1.4.4 every research count gets set to 1 by default, even if nothing gets stated in the items code). Giving the items vanilla like research counts is on the ToDo list 😅

pues cuando desactive el mod, dejo de ocurrir el error, me refería a que, por ejemplo, disparo la bola de fuego, pero luego dispara otra, y otra, y así, y cuando quiero que la bola de fuego pase, por ejemplo, atrás de una pared, se dispara sola, y solo ocurre cuando tengo el mod activado, por algun motivo, aunque ayude mucho en batallas contra jefes, es muy perjudicial en exploración el bug

Es que no entiendo porque dices "sigue cargando el arma".. el FlowerOfFire del juego original no se carga, sencillamente lanza una bolita de fuego y nada más.
Además el mod no toca el FlowerOfFire del juego original.... porfis revisa bién, como se llama el item y si el problema persiste cuando este mod está desactivado.

hay un problema, he estado jugando con este mod, y cuando uso la flor de fuego, el auto clic sigue y sigue, sigue cargando el arma, pero cuando quiero que valla el proyectil detrás de una pared, se dispara solo y no deja de disparar en auto, es un bug o es parte del mod?

@Mojave Myth: I assume Callen wanted to build a new game mechanic but got stuck in the process and now disabling the Mana Flower's ability is unintentional. I'll see what I can do.
