If the error bothers you go into the about folder and change 1.4 to 1.5.

Maybe to balance it (If synthe0n feels like doing this at all of course) make the "surgery" cost 2 x Animal hemogen bags since idk exactly how the bloodloss mechanic operates and I'm assuming that the "surgery" would give back the same amount of hemo that a normal blood bag would

I erased the config settings earlier and I had just cleared the rocketman cache. I even redownloaded this mod but I still have the same issue.

So I ran into an issue when I tried to include this mod into my modpack for a new game, this mod seems to disable the debug menus. I isolated the issue to this mod but I'm not very fluent in the game's code to really tell you how it's affecting it so here's the log
