I went with hangar doors for their high HP to protect the hinge as much as possible, and for being non-deformable since block deformation can cause things to get stuck and I didn't want a few MG bullets to disable the whole turret.

Works good and looks nice, but the Hangar Doors cause massive klang if closed by accident, also those can not be welded in all cases from the projection... Why no normal blocks?

oh, and @Benjamin it is a blueprint, you need to add it with f10 in creative or a projector in survival.

I slapped 2 of these on an orbital defense station.

I put this on my large rover I have been working on and it fit so well I didn't have to change anything.

Probably the simplest, best looking and most effective railgun turret I've ever seen.
Very well done.

Bro, this is amazing, I replaced the railguns with Kongo WMG's from the yamato mod, it melts everything!

You can achieve effective AI aiming by turning on the intertial tensor on *just* the elevation. Turn the torque up, and it should be able ot handle it mostly alright

I like this. I have a capital ship I've been working on that it would be perfect for. Subbed and upped.

This is definitely sexy as hell!

Looks like if one were to use AI for aiming, sequential firing would be most efficient.

Thank you.
