okay, so i'm building a brigantine and i like the way you made the wood planking but because most sailing ships are made of wood i was going to follow the pattern of the darkest sample over the hull of the ship, so what i'm asking is: is there is a quicker way to paint them on rather than painting every square inch of the ship?
