Finally! Maybe blueprints chance to spawn is just very low?

After disabling other mods that add blueprints and and weapons and starting new playtroughs, i still cant get the blueprint for this to spawn. Maybe im just unlucky.

i disable the paladin cross blueprint to see if it fixes it.

I can try to make a mod that just adds all vanilla weapons to shops, if you want that? The mod you're talking about may and seems to replace these vendor lists entirely, making it so whatever lists I added them to.. you know, making them not there

I noticed that mod called shops have more blueprints may make it so that sentinel cleaver blueprint is now unobtainable. I took the blueprint mod because i could not get paladin cross blueprint and now that i can get it to spawn, sentinel blueprint is nowhere to be seen.

yeah, it should be in the holy weapon shops. The meitou might not exist without mods. I think you have very proper english

Out of curiousity, is there a learnable recipe so i can manufacture my own? And is there meitou version? Pardon my english.

that's what it is exactly. its so they don't have to use generic combat cleavers and they have something that looks like the holy nation uses

Cool idea, but aside from reach it just seems like a Combat Cleaver with a custom crossguard.
