I really like some of the addons such as the compact shotgun, clown craftables and especially the SMG drum mag which makes SMGs more usable, but I dislike the SMG variants since they seem a bit out of place and kind of unnecessary, idk apart from their gimmick they really have nothing else going

Also, the drum mag has an issue:
There is a recipe to "recycle" the SMG drum mag in the fabricator, but its locked behind a talent that doesn't seem to exist in-game, i'm thinking its incompatibility with the most recent update or something. And yes I did try giving myself every single talent, that did not unlock the recipe

Btw, would appreciate knowing if there's a way to single out specific items in this mod so I can have those for my modded campaign..

please make SMG drum mag compatible with machine pistol,currently game only treat them as 20 rounds mag when loaded in machine pistol

i know that but the recipe for refilling says i must have a recipe and i don't think any recipe exists which gives me the refill thing

@vinny there is currently no recipe, it instead must be purchased from armories. it can however be refilled w/o a recipe at all

what talent gives you the recipe for drum mags¿

Finally a small gun mod that wont just give you all the weapons in a wreck locker.

it is made by a holy clown crafting recipe passed down through the generations of deadly pranksters

so how do you get the pranksters bikehorn? is it a clown shop item or found in wrecks?

heard someone say that the loot tables for the shops will not get updated if you add a mod has shop items mid campaign, which would certainly cause problems for this mod.

that being said, i haven't tested it myself and am unsure if it is just for previously generated outposts or every shop. might be worth to try it out regardless

Hey update I’ve started seeing arms dealers carrying your stuff, no problem there. Guess I was just unlucky for a while.

steam been messing up alot of barotrauma mods lately. maybe try deleting the mods folder ins %appdata% under local/daedalic? otherwise i have no idea how to fix it

Alrighty. Like I said, I haven’t had a lot of experience actually using it yet, so it’s entirely possible I’ve just not been lucky.

they are only sold specifically at the vendors named "arms dealers", which i don't think are guaranteed to spawn at military posts, just have to get lucky to have one at any outpost, even moreso with dynamic europa. try checking one of those. if you still can't find any weapons for sale i will certainly look into it

Hey, I’ve played with this mod and your unique weapons mod for a little while now, I’ve come across a few of the unique weapons at about the rate I would expect, but having visited 2 military outposts on a difficulty of 53%, I have yet to find any NPCs selling anything from this mod.

@Jops no only purchased from armories, although they can be reloaded

@Titan mostly because they didn't fit under "more unique weapons" as a tagline as they weren't, more just holdover weapons / sprites i enjoyed to much to get rid of. it does add another mod to download if you want these alongside the others but for me it just makes more sense
