You ever think of adding in nocull for this?

Hmmm i'll try uninstalling a gmod black mesa addon, see if that works

I think it was either from a gordon npc that required that playermodel or a weapon that uses v_hands

Yeah, that's absolutely caused by a Black Mesa HEV suit addon, that's what the textures look like.

Pretty sure this was because of a gordon playermodel I got but for some reason it replaced the hev hands for v_hands and that one combine playermodel

idk why i'm going here for help but for some reason my hev hands/v_hands are broken and they look weird instead of the normal hev hands, this reskin didnt work and i've verified the integrity of game files alot and stil nothing

I'm sorry, but there's absolutely no difference between the MMod hands and default hands. It's all dependent on the weapon's animations and/or the rigging of the hands

Til this days, i still wish people have MMOD HEV hand addon for gmod, with fully working Bone etc instead of twist it hand

Only if it uses default textures. "Enhanced Survivor Gordon Freeman" is a good example of one that isn't replaced.
