I have noticed some issues with the neon tube ends placed around the base causing repair systems to get stuck as they can't build them for an unknown reason. I tried using creative mode to manually build the tubes and they still wouldn't build ultimately forcing me to just cover the space with another block.

Unsure. I'm currently remaking an old ship of mine, we'll see how it's received and maybe I'll do the same for some old blueprints.

Sorry, I know it's really annoying for people who don't own the DLC, I do sometimes try to me mindful of staying vanilla, but I really like the different decoration options the DLC offers so I tend to use them quite a lot

why do all blueprints require a billion dlcs

Would you be willing to add "Extension" BPs for this? Like production yard, Wind or solar towers. Maybe have the solar tower(s) track the sun?

I'll take that into consideration, and yeah the rover's rear does indeed tint a lot with a big load. As for the antenna, yep, I noticed that much later but hindsight is 20/20. I've taken it into consideration on my newest builds, such as the SSI Pathfinder

You can spawn the base blueprint in creative, dettach the rover and blueprint the rover! I don't know if I want to make it a standalone blueprint.

favorite part of the build is the small cargo craft. what a neat and cute design. Those micro sized craft are some of my favs to build because they are tough to build so small

It is almost perfect for me but i think it should have an expansion area built in for large refinery

Been using your base on a survival play through and so far so great. I really like the look and style put into this. I do have a few suggestions/ critiques that I hope will help you build even better bases in the future. I'm no expert but I have had a little bit of trouble with the base, mostly with the rover hanger. The doors are a little on the small side imo. Its hard to not wreck the truck while taking it out. I think I'll make that area longer and use something else for the doors. I've also had trouble with the truck but that's a personal issue with driving on hilly terrain with a full load. The rear hitch and undercarriage sometimes scrape the bottom of the ground. Its feels a little hard to turn but that's probably because I'm not very good with rovers and flip them all of the time. My final suggestion is to rethink the roof laser antenna. The other antenna and the stuff on the roof can block the laser antenna connection depending on the angle you want to use it.

i projected this in survival today and finished it today by hand, Easily the best structure i've ever seen in SE. You did an incredible job with this, It is quite literally perfect for survival. The ship on the landing bay is great too, it took me about 15 minutes to make. Great job with this!

Thank you! Yeah, uneven ground was a big consideration. The foundation of the base actually goes down a few blocks, ramps too, so it can be placed on some fairly uneven terrain.

hey, check if the required DLCs got tagged right, I'm seeing some doors from frostbite as well as grated catwalks from one of the decorative packs

This is by far one of the best starter bases I have seen in space engineers also love that you have ramps for uneven ground.
