May I suggest a fade in / fade out for the light element? Maybe separating the light element as its own entity that follows the chemlight/player? Currently, when you pull out the light or put it away, the light INSTANTLY disappears. This is a bit jarring, and when you drop a chemlight with vmanip it disappears for a moment before spawning the deployed chemlight - so you get a flash of darkness, then flashed with light.
If that's my only criticism, you did good, because now we are going into polish territory.
i get no errors from Vmanip nor the Addon Sweps itself.
[glowsticknew] addons/glowsticknew/lua/autorun/client/cl_navachemlight_menu.lua:24: attempt to call method 'ColorPicker' (a nil value)
1. func - addons/glowsticknew/lua/autorun/client/cl_navachemlight_menu.lua:24
2. FillViaFunction - gamemodes/sandbox/gamemode/spawnmenu/controlpanel.lua:100
3. FillViaTable - gamemodes/sandbox/gamemode/spawnmenu/controlpanel.lua:89

5. DoClick - gamemodes/sandbox/gamemode/spawnmenu/toolpanel.lua:132
6. unknown - lua/vgui/dlabel.lua:237
everything else works well though. IDKY so many addons break for me.
if you dont know, swat teams use chemlights to mark locations that they cleared
