Probably not. It's a rather niche request, and I usually only come up with idea I personally want to make. And I haven't been in the Teardown modding scene for 2 or 3 years, because I have been pre-occupied with personal projects elsewhere.

Max FOV is the amount it zooms out to by default. There isn't really a "best" value because it depends on what you want. If you like the current FOV when not zoomed in, just leave it as-is.

Alright, so it seems--and correct me if I'm wrong--you cannot override the FOV in pause mode. Your particular problem only occurs if you click the screen to exit the pause menu. If you press ESC again to exit, it will remain zoomed in.

i play on a 5120x1440 widescreen monitor and this has helped me tremendously, i play at 135 the 120 limit in the base game doesnt cut it im sure theres others who've experienced this

I'd have to add some key mapping for that, but I'm not entirely sure how to do that. Besides, it wasn't widely requested, and not a lot of people use this mod anyway. Sorry about that though
