Perhaps if you use nav_generate on a map, it might not generate nav mesh correclty, causing him to get stuck, but if you use the navmesh tool and create your own proper navmesh, that should fix the issue.

idk if you know how to fix this but he gets stuck on everything around your map, wires on the roof, doorways, props on the floor, etc... i tried nocolideing him and that fixed the prop issue but he still gets stuck on geometry

(yes i added nav mesh to your map so he has that)
