For some reason, fullscreen just kind of... has a blur filter or something. However, there is a mod that removes exactly that, being No More Fullscreen Blur
I can't open the mod's remix menu either
The question is innocent.
The statement is righteous, but will likely make people mad.
For simplicity's sake, I'll just ask the question.
What does this mod actually do? Will it let me make the resolution 1920x1080?
In the old regions in the same campaign - no sign of any problems.
You will also need to play the game in a maximised window, or preferably in borderless fullscreen using an application like Special K, Borderless Gaming, or Lossless Scaling (which itself features an integer scaling mode for non-Turing users).
It's not perfect. Pixels are very sharp, but it looks weird in a way I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe it's how Sharpener would look without the bilinear downscaling, not sure.
And to all the snowflakes offended by that statement: git gud
:3
