@ skull : Ah, that's a bit of a shame. I know you're thinking it's quantity, but if there are any mods in particular which seem to be having the compatibility issues, let me know and I'll see if there's a way I can work around them.

Fair warning, if you play with a lot of other mods this one likes to crash the game if you touch the ladder

?? in what way is this a cheat mod? Is it cheating to go 'I dont wanna continue on with this run' or 'I dont have time to play through more floors to the end'?
Is it cheating to have the ability to end a run prematurely without just exiting and starting a new one?

@ Mr. Monster Information Giver : Hmm, OK. Well the ladder will only spawn if you otherwise wouldn't be able to end the run on that floor. So e.g. if you haven't unlocked It Lives! yet, the Womb II ladder won't spawn, because the big chest is still there.

If that's not the explanation though, I may have to look into FF.

in terms of unlocks almost none lol and i mainly just have Fiend Folio enabled

Which floor(s) did it not work for? And how far along are you in terms of unlocks?

Also, do you have other mods enabled? (Other mods should be OK in theory, but incompatibilities could happen.)
