No, that's the beauty of "MayRequire"; if the mod isn't installed, it doesn't apply.

The stats for the bodysuit are pretty much in line with the eltex robe. VPE's recipe for the robe includes 4 eltex, so that's probably a good balance. Would adding sir humphrey appleby's lines make this mod dependant on VPE?

I can easily implement what Sir Humphrey provided if someone wants to give me a value.
