It's safe to delete it. That file used to have the materials separately.

While looking through my old backup of mods I've installed, I found one called "Goth Marie Rose (Shared Assets)" that doesn't appear to be on your page any more. Is this useless on its own, and, if so, can I delete it?

I believe you uploaded the Rochelle VPK by accident, this does not replace Zoey but Rochelle instead
