@Xenoscout sorry late reply, after subscribing first go to your steam folder and press steamapps and then workshop and to content. And then press 222880 and press the folder 2918333339 cuz thats this mod folder. and inside the mod folder is a vpk, and afterwards just drag that folder to custom folder in the insurgency files and boom! Mod working

At first i thought it wasnt working even when installed. But after subscribing and manually moving the mod into the "custom" folder it worked liked a charm! Now you can hear the agonizing screams of people!

or at least I don't think I do.

Author I think the mod is broken I cant hear screams and I'm playing solo with no mods that change the txt files

actually really neat.

Mod works well and it sounds absolutely brutal. I've been using this mod combined with Sandstorm death sounds and other immersion mods like a good blood and bullet wounds mod and wow, the game got 10x more brutal. Well done with this mod 👍
