The unit cap in vanilla with the Konrad mod is 2 for the units at first, but when using SFO 3 and this submod, the unit cap starts at 102. Any idea why?

not sure if this intentional because he can turn into bats, but konrad seems really slow compared to other sfo vampires

Vlad's mortal levies ability has 2 levels, and he currently only gets the melee bonuses at the lvl 1

you build it and he should appear in the hero menu, often a unique submenu and recruit him there.

Any clue how to get him? Already build the landmark, but he is isnt anywhere in the hero recruitment and I dont get any mission or quest or anything either, cant recruit him.

I don't know if you can change it, but the unit cap for the Sylvanian levies starts at 100 instead of just 1 like it's supposed to. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
