Let me do some digging, this is actually very helpful. I use most of the mods I made for my L4D2 experience and this is one of the mods I frequently use. I kept wondering which mod was causing that issue and this narrows it down. I'll do some digging later and see if I can fix it. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Sincerely.

for me it pops up a window saying "too many indexes" then crashes lol

@Star-Spangled Twilight I realize this is a super late reply. So apologizes for that. If you still use the mod. Do you get an error mentioning anything about too many indexes, or vertices? or does the game just crash without warning? Let me know when you can.

@WW No. The S Infected don't have facial expressions by default minus the Witch I think. You can techincally forge facial expressions by modifying the animations for the special infected to animate bones to move the face. But that's the only exception and requires quite a bit of effort.

@mechanicalcorazon between 8mb to 64mb typically. The characters themselves aren't large it's the textures that make them massive. I wouldn't mind compressing them but doing that to my understanding would mean reapplying the UV's to match the downsizing when compressing the textures otherwise the textures get fucked up. If I'm wrong and there's an easier way to do it I'd gladly appreciate knowing it because then I can fix the Lopunny size being very large too.
