What happened with the main mod, ♥♥♥♥♥ Of Babylon: Isaac's Secret Stash 18+. And how do i access it?

for some unknown reason, this mod in particular makes it so that bum familiars are unable to obtain pickups. Bum Friend just sits on coins without taking them, Dark Bum sits on hearts, Key Bum sits on Keys. The only exception is Key Bum can take Charged keys normally and leave the battery behind like normal.
