All good, havent played for ages and was turned off in the mod tab.

If you don't find it there, then check the mod tab on the left bar; it offers the options of having all mods, only favorited mods, or none of the mods appear in the bottom building bar.

You can find it on the building bar among the other bauxite mines in the aluminum section in the metallurgy tab. You'll need to have researched bauxite mining to use it though.
