Hello, for some reason flamethrowers for IFA and Iron Fronts appear without their fuel, any idea why?

Hi WK, any chance of making the molotov fire fx a little more compatible with Cinematic Lens Flare please? Currently it looks a bit odd when they are used together...

@Astral Mist put this into your mission init.sqf file to disable any screaming caused by flamethrowers/molotovs etc

Immersed, yeah, but really not in the way that he wanted to be. Until a toggle or somesuch like that is made, I've basically just had to severely limit the use of flamethrowers in my mission, which is a shame.

This is a bit of an odd request, but could you have a clientside toggle for the sound people make when they die from fire in the addon options? One of the people in my unit used to be a paramedic, and the sound was thoroughly distressing for him.

Hey @Webknight, would it be possible for you to add compatibility with my mod dismemberment+gore (its a spinoff of bloodlush and headgore which adds dismemberment and burning) - I think our two mods would go together, as my mod allows the unit to get burned to a char by explosions, i think it would be fantastic if your mod triggered my mods burn effect

I cant figure any way of making your mod trigger mine without modifying.

If you did decide to integrate compatibility, would you be able to add the following line at the end of your burn handler?

This would make your trigger mine

Since AI can use Spearhead flamethrowers, is there anyway to add compatibility where those utilize the new effects of Burn Em Redux?

Hi WebKnight, I'm still getting that undefined var _killer error for this mod. I steam repaired the mod and that didn't work. Then I unsubscribed and resubscribed and that didn't work. How do I "force update the mod"? I only play SP or solo on a LAN. Thanks for all the fantastic mods btw!

Is there a way to trigger the burning animation effect on a unit via scripting? My end goal is to have burnt corpses near destroyed vehicles, but I can't figure out how to call the burning function/animation manually (without the flamethrower).

Would be nice if there were a setting to make this non-instakill (i.e, cause damage or require sustained fire). Right now you can kinda cheese it.

Considering the new wildfire framework that got added, I have a swell idea for a possible feature.

Make it so fire weapons can ignite or intensify areas that have the Module_WildFire_RF module enabled. This could either be done through previously designated areas placed in 3den, or maybe there could be an option to cause dynamic fires in places you find grass or foliage.

The former sounds less complicated than the later, but it'd be amazing if you could have a limited spread of fire like you might see in a Far Cry game.

Spearhead dlc flamethrowers arent using regular fire damage so they would need a compatibility patch.

Hey there! Quick question, I noticed that the new update states that Burn 'em now works on all OPTRE units, does that also include Covenant skeletons from FC?

New update, you can change all the changelog in the specific tab, but the most important thing is that all the problems with Bikeys is now fixed, so you will no longer have problems with signatures on dedicated servers!

Can in you increase cone of damage or make the fire wider or set a room on fire? Thats probably a lot to ask but having to directly hit an enemy can be a bit difficult sometimes when clearing a bunker or building

The mod content demonstrated by SOG AI is completely different! The flame effect and burnt surface are very not good!
