I ended up playing with the modding tools and managed to create a mod that has the camo show up in-game. Hope you don't mind me publishing it in-case this one doesn't work for anyone else. I credited you as I wouldn't have known about it otherwise and have no problem making it private if you'd prefer me to.

The camo doesn't show up in the list. I know the game doesn't see much activity so totally understand if there's no reason for updating this.
