correction: i just figured out i can do that, you just need to hook it up to a switch which i didnt know- should probably put that in the guide

It would be cool if you had the projectors have an option to be activated by a switch, so you could for example flip a switch that makes another room appear where you are, and switch it again to go back to the other room, all in one layer

I think it would be cool if you could freeze the projection so that you can remove the original build, but I know that's probably not possible.

This is such an amazing mod.
It adds such cool ways of designing builds.

One question though.
Is it possible to set the parallax intensity (length of the pink line) to less than 0.05?
Maybe with a manual value input or something like that?
I feel like 0.05 is still too much parallax for some situations.

can you integrate a save capture scene to be projected? so that when we build a foreground we can destroy it after we "capture" (like taking a picture) so it won't be in any other place in the world being a nuisance.

Hey, i made it work, now the projectors actually project, but the image follows me, i wanted the to build my house under a big sakura tree and hide the entrance with the projector, but the projected floor follows me so is moving.

if anyone has compatability issues with fancy lighting just disable smooth lighting in the mod settings, fancy lighting modifies the lighting engine which conflicts with the projector

Its weird, i place the projector but it doesn't project anything, i can enter the menu, move the zones and change the settings but it just doesn't show anything in the orange zone.

The problem is probably the post-effect of that sword. This projector mod modifies the render area so the size is no longer equal to screen size.
If there is some graphics stuffs using only the screen size, it might cause errors due to the mismatch. Then it might lead to a "device reset" behavior which resizes your window to prevent crashes.

i dont really think its an issue corcerning i am playing with other mods, but whenever i have this turned on and when i swing any sword the camera gets really zoomed in for no reason

The slider is corresponded to the in-game NPC ID. It is quite hard to control since the ID is usually a small number.
I'm planning to add an input box to filter the names of NPCs in the future.

There will be gaussian blur filter and outline filter in the next version. I have already implemented these filters. I haven't decided when to add shape and mask feature yet.

This is so great! I'm able to add awesome depth and special effects to my builds.

I don't know what plans you have for the future, but a negative color filter and different projector area shapes (like circles, unless I missed something) or masks would be amazing.

It's simple. Just make sure the projection layer is set to "foreground", then set "when players enter - faded" in the "behavior" tab.

how do you make the foreground walls? i cant get it to work to make interior buildings get hidden by the walls if youre not in it.

Nope. It copy the visual tiles (or more than tiles) rather than real tiles, also limited to the same world.

A key feature is that the visual tiles can stack with each other. You can do such things like adding a foreground layer to your building. There are also advanced options such as camera following and parallax.
