@shuricas Muscovy was a principality in the 13th and 16th centuries and "Moscow" was the capital. Muscovy has always been the official term to refer to the geography we call Moscow, but only if you are referring to something that happened specifically in the 13th and 16th centuries. This mod adds leaders from the 16th century, like "Ivan The Terrible", that's why the mod author calls this mod Muscovy. It has never been used to refer to Ukraine in any way.

Finally, Muscovy is no longer called Russia (a stolen name for Russia which referred most to Ukraine)!
