@guru-guru is right, Aserai always dominate, happened in my last 3 campaigns as well, and the Khuzaits always end up with 1 town remaining, Battannian infantry is also dookie as well as Sturgian ranged troops...other than that though, great mod!!

This mod claims to be about promoting balance but the Aserai are obviously broken and overpowered compared to the other factions and the Khuzait have no tier 6 unit for some unknown reason. Can't recommend

The Aserai are ridiculously overpowered. You should rename the mod 'MCGA: Mostly Cheating Great Aserai' instead of 'Make Calradia Great Again

i love everything this mod does EXCEPT the faction recolouring. takes all the colour out of the map and makes it way too hard to distinguish between Imperial factions.

Imperial armies have highly disciplined soldiers and foreign mercenaries. Fast archers, good cavalry and well armoured foot soldiers.

<- Need to be able to see in game the effect of higher disciplined soldiers
<- Some kind of average armour per soldier type would make it easier to estimate the value of troops, late-game it is all about the stats vs cost, with vanilla it has all been solved already mathematically with this overhaul it becomes hazy.

@Ocean funny u say that. Complete opposite for me. The strugians are the most OP thing known to man with this mod.

Mod is fun and all but Aserai seem way too strong, I see fights where they easily sweep despite being outnumbered over 2:1 and they just shred in battle despite compositions not being that elite or poor on the other side.

is there an option to change the faction heraldry back to vanilla?

Really well done mod, feels well balanced with the tougher but fair bandits. Also the newer custom weapon spawns are much appreciated. Well done!

tried loading with just this mod, the only thing that changes is the menu screen and thats it. IDK whats wrong but nothing from this mod works for me

There are plans for a mercenary tree, but it probably hasn't been added since 2023 (I'm just asking, not nitpicking)

Don't mean to be demanding just wondering, would you ever make a mod that only changes the faction colors? Theres some cool troop tree overhauls that unfortunately lack the wonderful color changes you made

please for the love of god if you are gonna create hundreds of variants, please make them look good, I might be salty because for a couple hours now I have been changing every variant to look somewhat good, every troop is WAY too random, i downloaded the mod for the bandits, it would be VERY nice if the bandits were their own mod, the Bandits feel very good.
